Delivery

ALT+number: Use a macro (type "/1 Stuff you want to say". When you press ALT+1, you will see "Stuff you want FFXIV Gil to say")

ALT+Q, W, or E (might be control, can't remember - I'll edit later on): Assign a different item to those hotkeys (I like to map "W" to Town portal and E to mana, as I never use antidotes).

/party: Type this in the chat menu while selecting a person and they will be given the option to party with you (you have to be next to them, or it won't work)

/trade: Type this in the chat menu while selecting a person and they will be given the option to trade with you (you have to be next to them, or it won't work)

CONTROL+LEFT-CLICK: If you hold down control while clicking on a person (outside of a town), you will attack them (control+right-click will use a skill attack on them).

PKing: If you kill someone who didn't attack you first, you will be given a murderer warning and your name will change colour (3 hours in-game time for it to go back to normal).

If you kill 2 people, you will be labeled a murderer (6 hours in-game to go back to normal), for each stage of murderer, your chance of dropping an item when you die increases.
