Talk to King Arthur again once you have finished Merlin’s Crystal quest. Say that you’d enjoy capturing the Holy Grail, which none of the members of the Knights of the Round Table has been able to do so. He’ll send you to talk to Merlin for advice.
Head upstairs, Merlin is in the room east of the main hall. Open the door and talk to him. He’ll tell you to go to a “holy place” and to talk to Sir Gahalad in a shack west of McGrubor’s Woods.
Go to the bank in Seers’ Village and deposit any equipment you have. Then head on over to Port Sarim, talk to one of the Monks of Entrana south of the pub and ask to sail to Entrana (the trip is free).
Head northeast from the dock into the church, talk to the High Priest that’s wandering near the prayer altar, He does not know or really care about the Grail.
